- We employed an advanced integrated building management system and well – trained professionals. The building management system was designed to allow a single point monitoring and control of all the key parameters in the building: air- conditioning, humidity, temperature levels, lighting usage, vertical transportation, security surveillance and even fire – fighting readiness.
- Apart from the smart systems that monitored comfort in the working environment, the maintenance team’s well – trained manpower ensured that the attractiveness of the center, and the complex, is always up to the mark.
- From the spotless glass façade to the green area in the central court with the extensive landscaping and water features, professional round-the-clock maintenance team ensured that every minute detail is monitored and managed to ensure a good-as-new appearance, along with high efficiency and zero downtimes.
