About

Hilman leads our Property Facilities Management team at Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia.

Under his leadership, facilities management capabilities in Indonesia have gone from strength-to-strength.

With 18 years of property industry experience, Hilman has deep expertise in maintenance and security of commercial high-rise buildings, the implementation of energy efficiency initiatives, and the outsourcing of third-party service providers.

Hilman has been involved in several building design review and consultancy, and has advised in property management for office, retail, and residential buildings.
