Dr. Brown is part of our senior management at Cushman & Wakefield. He is responsible for planning and coordinating insights and analysis across the Asia Pacific region.

With a PhD in Geography and 20 years of research experience under his belt, Dr. Brown’s knowledge of the real estate and economic trends is extensive, placing him in a good position to assist our clients through cutting edge insights and analysis.

Dr. Brown’s expertise lies in the field of investment and leasing trends in commercial real estate, residential need assessments, and strategic economic development opportunities.

Currently, Dr. Brown is also working as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Geography, Planning and Environmental Management at the University of Queensland.
