Tyler Paytas joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 as the PDS Platform & Solutions Lead for Global Occupier Services. In his current role as Global Head of Programs & Projects, he drives the strategic vision for Programs & Projects, ensuring seamless integration within Global Occupier Services to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions.

Tyler works closely with the enterprise sales team to shape and articulate value-driven service delivery models. He also collaborates with PDS and Global Occupier Services Platform and Regional Leaders to operationalize accounts and achieve outstanding results for clients worldwide.

Affiliations

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tyler was Senior Managing Director of CBRE’s Global Project Management service line, overseeing service delivery for JPMorgan Chase & Co. He led a 250+ person organization across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, with responsibility for project execution, service line operations, and team leadership.

During his 14+ year tenure at CBRE, Tyler held key leadership roles, including Project Manager, Market Lead, and Talent Director, gaining deep expertise in project strategy, operational excellence, and talent development.
