Hideaki holds a doctorate degree in Economics, focusing on real estate portfolio selection from Reitaku University Graduate School. His doctoral dissertation won the Yuasa Prize from the Japan Association for Real Estate Sciences. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he headed Morgan Stanley Capital International’s real estate services in Japan.
