Professional Expertise

Dr. Hideaki Suzuki serves as Executive Director of Business Development Services (BDS) for North Asia, where he leads the Research & Consulting and Marketing & Communications functions across Japan and Korea. He also acts as Business Development Lead for North Asia Investment Asset Management, driving the formulation of market entry and growth strategies. He is a member of the Japan Executive Committee.

In addition, Dr. Suzuki serves as Head of Research & Consulting for Japan, delivering strategic real estate research and advisory services to both domestic and international corporations and investment firms. Through a strong commitment to a client-centric research approach, he has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities. Under his leadership, the firm was recognized in the Euromoney Real Estate Survey as “Best Real Estate Research in Japan” for three consecutive years (2019–2021).

Beyond traditional research, Dr. Suzuki acts as a trusted strategic advisor to multinational corporations and institutional investors—including sovereign wealth funds and REITs—supporting them in navigating complex market dynamics and optimizing their real estate portfolios.
