CEE Investment Market Update H1 2025

05/09/2025

The CEE investment market continues to accelerate.

In the first half of 2025, transaction volume reached EUR 5.36 billion, marking a 51% year-on-year increase. The Czech Republic emerged as the regional leader, while Poland maintained a strong and stable position. Slovakia and Hungary also posted dynamic growth, with the market structure becoming increasingly diversified—spanning industrial, office, retail, and hotel assets. Yield stabilization and rising domestic investor activity underline that the CEE region is entering a more mature and integrated real estate market phase.
