Inês is a Retail Consultant for Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, focusing her activity essentially on the High Street sector, acting on behalf of owners, tenants and investors.

As part of her responsibilities, Inês focuses on finding and listing new properties, as well as identifying and studying new emergent areas for the retail sector, and is also a contact for retailers looking to expand their brand across Portugal.

Part of Cushman & Wakefield since 2010, Inês has been a Retail Consultant since 2014, having acquired a wide know-how of the market, essential for the Consultancy instructions she is involved in whenever necessary.

  • Crédito Agrícola Imóveis – Placement of several retail units in the commercial gallery of the Jardins de São Lourenço building, amongst which are Atelier Montessori, Montessori School and Improve well beingclinic.

  • Rua Garrett 41 – Lease of a retail unit in the main street of the Chiado area to the international brand Happy Socks, for their first location in Portugal.

  • Renegotiation of the Novo Banco agency lease in Rua da Misericórdia, Lisbon, acting on behalf of the landlord. 

  • Refundos – Active leasing of the Galerias da Paredemall, with successful placements to EDP, SensiisEmporio Sabores, amongst others.

  • SGFPBP – Leasing of a retail unit part of the Edifício Y building, in the industrial and commercial are of Alfragide, for a Megastore ColchaoNet.

  • Nataria Lisboa – Leasing of a unit to this recent national brand in Rua do Ouro, right next to the emblematic tourist location Elevador de Santa Justa.

Inês has a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures – Portuguese and English – Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa and a post graduation in English Law and Economics translation – Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração.
