Its main functions consist of monitoring the management and operation of the asset and the condition of the asset in itself, evaluating and watching over the market situation, supervising and providing support in budget processes and advising owners on the relationship with the operator in order to improve the competitiveness of the product and maximise its value.

This global experience may be applied to the Asset Management of hotel assets, projects such as The Edition Barcelona, easyHotel and three hotels belonging to Covivio in Budapest and Prague having already been successfully performed.
