In Place 4

A forward-looking perspective that brings together key insights to address the challenges of the post-pandemic work environment. This report presents the main findings from the In Place 4 survey, highlighting the evolution of expectations and the most relevant trends around remote work, the office, and the balance between both models.

Five years ago, the pandemic radically transformed how we live, connect, and work. Since then, companies have embraced hybrid models, adapting both spaces and policies to align with the evolving priorities of today’s talent.

To mark the fifth anniversary, Cushman & Wakefield launched a new edition of the In Place study. Based on the responses of professionals across Spain, In Place 4 offers valuable insight into how perceptions and preferences around workplace dynamics have shifted.

We have launched four editions (In Place 1, In Place 2, In Place 22@ and In Place 3). All of them have allowed us to take the pulse of the situation and evolution of homeworking and offices in the past. Now, we present In Place 4. This report concludes the In Place research cycle with a clear and updated snapshot of how remote work has shaped the employee experience. Don’t miss the final insights.
