In Place 3 (Spanish)

Oscar Fernández • 15/11/2022
More than 2 years have passed since that March 14, 2020 when, abruptly and without room for maneuver, a state of alarm was declared that forced us to lock ourselves in our homes. From that moment on, our way of living, socializing, and working changes.

Little by little and with the ups and downs of the different variants of the virus, it seems that the pandemic is now under control and we have resumed our work environments.

As we have done?

What are our expectations from now on in terms of the teleworking policies that companies are defining?

What relationship will we have with our office and workplace now and in the future?

Now that the situation seems over, it's a good time to ask yourself these questions. And we have done so with the launch of the third edition of the In place 3 survey. With all the data collected and analyzed, we can glimpse and point out the trends in the coming years in terms of work environments and corporate spaces.

We have launched three editions (In Place 1, In Place 2 and In Place 22@. All in spanish language) that have not allowed us to take the pulse of the situation and assess the evolution of the expectations of more than 3,000 professionals from different sectors.

This report includes the main conclusions of theIn place 3 survey, reflects the evolution of expectations and outlines the main trends in terms of teleworking. With this edition we close the cycle of the study of telework, In place. Do not miss the latest conclusions.
