Asian Infusion and Smokemart move into 55 Swanston Street, Melbourne

55 SwanstonAsian Infusion tenant has signed a three-year lease for a 55sqm* eatery at Shop 1a, 55 Swanston Street and Smokemart has signed a seven-year lease for a 32sqm* convenience store at Shop 4, 55 Swanston Street in Melbourne’s CBD. 

Michael Di Carlo, Cam Taranto and Stephanie Harding of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the two leases for the private landlord and said the Melbourne CBD can expect to see a lot more F&B variety retailers popping up in the second half of this year. 

It is understood that both deals were done above $4000 per square metre gross.
