About

Evelyn has been with Cushman & Wakefield for the past five and a half years, initially working in the Shopping Centre department before moving to Out-of-Town Leasing, where she focuses on the Flemish market.

She began her career in commercial real estate in 2013 with McDonald's, giving her more than 13 years of experience in the retail and commercial real estate sector. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in retail leasing, site selection, lease negotiations and retail expansion strategies.

Evelyn is part of the team led by Jean Baheux, alongside Xavier van Delft and Kurth Marissens, and specialises in retail leasing and out-of-town retail across Flanders. She advises retailers, landlords and investors on commercial property opportunities, helping clients identify and secure the right locations to support their business objectives and growth strategies.
