About

Jonathan De Crem is a Senior Advisor in the Capital Markets Office Department at Cushman & Wakefield, based in Brussels. Since joining the team in early 2022, Jonathan has been advising clients across Belgium and Luxembourg, providing underwriting support, strategic insights, and market expertise to local and international investors.

Jonathan graduated from UNamur with a degree in Business Analysis & Integration and has a strong foundation in finance. His career includes an early-career programme at the European Investment Bank, a role as Asset Manager at Unibra, and two years as a consultant at Euronext. These experiences have equipped him with deep knowledge of financial markets, asset management, and investment strategies.
