Based in Brussels, Olivia De Brie specialises in retail real estate. As an Account Manager within the Retail Agency team, she advises owners and retailers on leasing strategies, tenant mix optimisation and asset positioning. Her work includes the commercialisation and leasing of major retail destinations in Flanders, such as Wijnegem Shopping Center and BROEKLIN Brussels, helping to attract leading retail and leisure occupiers.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Olivia gained experience in residential real estate consultancy and brokerage, developing a strong understanding of property markets and client advisory services. Earlier in her career, she worked in marketing and communications, gaining valuable experience in brand visibility, commercial marketing and customer engagement. This background complements her retail real estate expertise and supports the effective commercialisation of shopping centres and retail destinations.

Olivia holds a master's degree in Business Economics  (Finance) and has further strengthened her real estate expertise through postgraduate studies in Real Estate Development at KU Leuven.
