Victoria Tanret is a Partner and Head of Capital Markets Retail at Cushman & Wakefield, based in Brussels. She leads the firm's retail-focused capital markets advisory practice in Belgium, advising institutional and private investors on retail acquisitions, disposals, and investment strategies.

Victoria joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 as part of the Retail Agency team, where she built expertise in retail leasing and market dynamics. This foundation in occupier demand, tenant mix strategies, and retailer behaviour informs her investment advisory work, giving her a unique dual perspective in the Belgian market.
