Based in Brussels, Vincent Vanderstraeten is Partner and Head of Capital Markets Office at Cushman & Wakefield covering Belgium & Luxembourg with a focus on offices, hotels, semi-industrial, logistics and redevelopment files.

As a fits experience Vincent was co-author of report Cash for Bricks, Financing real estate Belgium. During the first 5 years of his career, Vincent has a track record of more than 110 leasing transactions, renegotiations and sales of offices buildings. Vincent joined the C&W Investment Department at the end of 2019. His current role consists in the provision of detailed advice and insight to the investors on the Belgium real estate dynamics as well as provision of a professional guidance during sales process.

Vincent is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
