The Facilities Portal is an easy-to-implement and use tool and is available for use via the web and APP in a secure environment.
In the FM segment there are many CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), but the Facilities Portal is more than a software or computerized Facilities Management system, as it was developed to organize demands, routines and procedures, being a more complete and flexible tool .
The Facilities Portal was designed and developed to serve and manage the various FM service lines, supporting operations with various functionalities, such as:
• Opening service calls/tickets and corrective maintenance with the possibility of quick access via QRCODE
• Management of multi-sites (multiple addresses)
• Management of multiple maintainers and service providers, supporting executors in organizing their routines and responsibilities
• Customization of routines and periodicities according to the specificity of each scope
• Planning periodic routines (preventive maintenance, for example)
• Stock control and spare parts
• Asset management using QRCODE
• Performance indicators: SLAs, satisfaction, purchases, etc.
• Document management and data traceability
• Satisfaction survey for each service provided
• Connectivity with other software
• Support for dashboards in PowerBI
