About the HOF Awards

The HOF Awards bring together top real estate professionals and teams from around Central & Eastern Europe who compete in over 30 categories for the honor to be called the Best of the Best. Each year, nominations are taken from the winners of the CIJ Awards, a series of property events held in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.
This year, the HOF Awards & Forum took place over four days beginning May 26 in an online format that included a virtual conference as well as the prize-giving. The discussions at the HOF Forum centered around the unexpected health crisis and the reaction of developers, investors and end users to the new reality. Top-placed speakers from around CEE debated openly about the immediate economic impact on businesses and consumers. Jonathan Hallett, Head of Central & Eastern Europe, represented Cushman & Wakefield in the discussions.
