Ludovic is the Head of Office Agency & Development Department accounting about 185 agents.

He previously spent 10 years at Jones Lang LaSalle where he was in the Major Accounts Department and head of western Paris and the surrounding area.

Ludovic has been leading the « development » department which aims at identifying office sites to be build and/ or to refurbish.

Ludovic has implemented and today manages the follow-up of « The square meters of the future », a document which lists all the offers > 10,000 m² available in Paris and in the inner suburbs under 4 years. The survey has been quoted in various articles on Expertise Pierre.

Ludovic has been nominated to “Pierre d’or” in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
