As the Head of Data Centre Advisory & Transactions at Cushman & Wakefield India, Sareen is at the forefront of guiding multinational & domestic organizations through complex build-to-suit (BTS), colocation, and hybrid cloud strategies, expertly managing transactions and IT infrastructure planning. 

Sareen’s expertise uniquely blends business development, strategic negotiation, customer acquisition, and global partnership cultivation. He played an instrumental role in the market entry of a major conglomerate into the Indian data centre sector by leading transformative partnerships, negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts, spearheading real estate acquisitions, and championing policy advocacy, aligning with hyper-growth market dynamics. His deep analytical approach and forward-looking vision have consistently delivered long-term value and sustainable growth for businesses and clients alike.
