The recently completed warehouse P3 Echt in Limburg is a speculative BREEAM-NL Outstanding certified logistics development at a multimodal location directly along the A2 motorway. The delivery of the warehouse of P3 Logistics Parks in the last quarter of this year coincided perfectly with the search request from the fast-growing international retailer.

P3 Echt is located in a prominent location along highway A2 (Belgium – Eindhoven) only 10 kilometers from Barge Terminal Born, 60 kilometers from Eindhoven Airport with excellent, fast connections to Düsseldorf (51 min), Cologne (75 min) and the rest of Europe . The warehouse is located in Business Park Midden-Limburg with an area of approximately 40 hectares close to the border of Belgium and Germany.
