Based in Eindhoven, Menno van Boxtel is an International Partner, Head of Industrial & Logistics, and Head of Offices Netherlands at Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, he is responsible for the firm’s nationwide agency activities and the day-to-day leadership of both the Industrial & Logistics and Offices divisions.

With more than 22 years of experience in the Dutch real estate market, Menno has established himself as a leading specialist in industrial real estate, logistics real estate, and office real estate. He advises occupiers, owners, and investors on complex real estate challenges, helping them achieve their property and investment objectives.

His expertise includes leasing and sales transactions, market positioning, occupancy strategy, Capital Markets, and identifying both on-market and off-market opportunities. Through his in-depth market knowledge, strategic insight, and extensive national and international network, Menno supports clients in making informed real estate decisions in an ever-evolving market.

Over the past several years, Menno has also played a key role in the continued growth and development of Cushman & Wakefield’s Offices and Industrial & Logistics businesses in the Netherlands, with a strong focus on collaboration, entrepreneurship, and service excellence.

Menno leads a nationwide team of approximately 65 professionals across Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial & Logistics and Offices practices. The team supports occupiers, owners, and investors with a wide range of real estate requirements, including leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, disposals, redevelopment, and new-build developments.

By working closely with specialists from Valuation & Advisory, Capital Markets, Global Occupier Services, and Project & Development Services, the team delivers integrated solutions for both national and international clients.

From strategy and location analysis to technical due diligence, negotiations, contract management, and project management, the team supports clients throughout the entire real estate lifecycle. Combining local market expertise, international capabilities, and access to off-market opportunities, the team helps clients create sustainable value and achieve their real estate objectives.
