Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is strengthening its presence in the Polish hospitality market with the return of Maciej Prończuk, an experienced consultant, who rejoins it as Senior Valuer in the Hospitality & Alternatives CEE & SEE team.
Maciej Prończuk brings a unique combination of expertise gained through both his hospitality advisory work and his tenure in the Valuation & Advisory department, where he was responsible for a wide range of asset classes. His return to the dedicated hospitality team marks an important step in the continued development of Cushman & Wakefield’s service offering for the hotel and living sectors across Poland.
In his new role, Maciej will focus on hospitality valuation and advisory services. His responsibilities will also include supporting the development of Hospitality Capital Markets and Operator Selection services.
