Elise Maguire Ferrara is the Director of Public Relations for Cushman & Wakefield’s Northeast Region. In this role, she leads the strategic planning and execution of public relations initiatives across key markets, including Boston and New England, the New York City Metro area, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and the Washington, D.C. Metro area. 

Elise brings extensive experience in commercial real estate communications. She has crafted and implemented comprehensive PR and internal communications strategies for leading real estate firms nationwide. At CBRE, she supported the Tri-State Advisory business before advancing to roles at CBRE’s subsidiaries—CBRE Investment Management and Trammell Crow Company—where she oversaw PR efforts across 27 markets and managed the internal corporate communications programs. Most recently, she was instrumental in launching the first formal public relations program at Lincoln Property Company. Elise began her career at Quinn PR, a lifestyle public relations agency based in New York City.
