Dalibor has more than 15 years of experience in retail, property management, and commercial real estate. He began his career in a sporting goods retail chain and gradually progressed into operational management roles.

He later joined Tesco, where he served as Hypermarket Store Manager in Bratislava before taking on the role of Shopping Centre Manager in Trenčín. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in retail operations management, team leadership, and the optimisation of business processes.

He further expanded his expertise at Lucron as an Asset/Property Manager, where he was responsible for the management and development of real estate assets. In recent years, he has specialised in retail leasing, focusing on the leasing of retail premises, tenant relations, and the development of shopping centres. His combined experience in retail operations, asset management, and leasing enables him to bring a comprehensive perspective to the management and development of commercial real estate.
