Vladislava graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava. During nearly 20 years at a consulting firm, she gained extensive experience in accounting and the provision of accounting and tax services for companies across a wide range of industries, particularly real estate, information technology, logistics, hospitality, retail, and other business sectors. She specialized in designing and optimizing accounting systems, implementing functionalities to streamline processes, and automating routine tasks. Her responsibilities also included ensuring that accounting processes and system configurations complied with applicable legislation and accounting and tax reporting requirements.

In October 2025, Vladislava joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Accountant. In this role, she is responsible for the accounting of Aupark Shopping Center.
