Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Arron Browne as Head of Flexible Offices London, strengthening the firm's capability to support clients as demand for flexible workspace solutions continues to evolve.
Browne joins Cushman & Wakefield from WeWork International, where he served as Director of Business Development for EMEA and APAC. He brings extensive experience across the commercial real estate and flexible workspace sectors, having held senior leadership roles spanning business development, operations, and asset management at organisations including Flux HQ, KAIZEN Asset Management Services, and a private family office.
In his new role, Browne will lead Cushman & Wakefield's Flexible Offices business, working closely with occupiers, landlords and workspace operators to deliver strategic flexible workspace solutions across the UK. He will focus on expanding the firm's offering and supporting clients as flexible space continues to play an increasingly important role in workplace strategies.
Arron Browne, Head of Flexible Offices London at Cushman & Wakefield, said: "Flexible workspace has historically been viewed as an add-on to tenant representation advisory, but today it is an integral part of occupier strategy. Landlords recognise the value and benefits that flex solutions bring to their portfolios. With genuine disruption driving the sector, I am excited to build on this momentum and further evolve Cushman & Wakefield's Flex offering, supporting clients from fast-growing businesses seeking agility to large, established organisations looking for greater flexibility."
James Meikle, Head of London Occupier Representation at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Arron brings significant experience across the flexible workspace and wider real estate sectors, alongside a strong track record of building client relationships and driving business growth. As occupier requirements continue to evolve and flexible office solutions become an increasingly important part of workplace strategy, his expertise will further strengthen our ability to advise clients and deliver innovative solutions across the market.”
The appointment further strengthens Cushman & Wakefield's market-leading office advisory platform and reflects the firm's continued investment in specialist expertise to support clients across every aspect of the office lifecycle. Other recent appointments include Jonathan O'Regan as Head of West End Capital Markets, also Richard Mass as a Partner in the same team, and Rory Paton who will join the firm as Co-head of City Leasing by the end of the year.
