Office Evolution to Open Second Coworking Location in Jacksonville


JACKSONVILLE, FL, August 12, 2019 – Office Evolution, a rapidly growing B2B franchise offering coworking space, private offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices and business services, has announced plans for a second Jacksonville location. Office Evolution Jacksonville at Bartram Park will occupy a 10,262-square-foot space at The Offices at Flagler Center and is slated to open early 2020.

The Offices at Flagler Center in JacksonvilleCushman & Wakefield’s David Hillegas, Director, represented Office Evolution’s Michael Wielgus, Franchise Owner and Area Developer of the Jacksonville franchise, in the lease negotiations. Dave Gaglione represented the landlord, Ash Properties, a locally owned real estate development company specializing in the leasing, management and development of commercial properties.

Wielgus opened the first Office Evolution in Jacksonville near the St. Johns Town Center in June 2018 to significant demand from local business owners and entrepreneurs. That location occupies 8,084 square feet at 5011 Gate Parkway, Building 100, Suite 100, and is at 85% occupancy serving over 50 local companies.

“Based on the demand for our first Office Evolution location, it’s clear there is a strong market for coworking space and the other business services we provide in Jacksonville,” said Wielgus. “We are thrilled to be expanding our footprint to the South Jacksonville area, where we look forward to serving the needs of those looking for a convenient and innovative alternative to traditional office space.”

Office Evolution Jacksonville at Bartram will be able to serve over 150 members. The location will feature 45 private offices, a large coworking space, a community lounge and three conference rooms, the largest of which can accommodate up to 12 people.

At 12574 Flagler Center Blvd., the space is prominently positioned in a high-growth area of South Jacksonville, with convenience to Interstate 95, State Road 9B and U.S. Route 1.
