Brooklyn Market Expert Rich Novak Joins Cushman & Wakefield as a Director

Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Rich Novak has joined the real estate services firm as a Director.

New York, NY – Rich’s core focus will be office and industrial leasing, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation primarily in Brooklyn. Rich will be based in the firm’s Brooklyn office.

“Rich Novak is a strong addition to Cushman & Wakefield’s Brooklyn leasing team and we are thrilled to have him on board,” said Joseph Caridi, Executive Managing Director and Managing Principal, Long Island, Brooklyn & Queens at Cushman & Wakefield. “Rich has unique experience working in office and industrial leasing and is a leader in the community. Living in various neighborhoods throughout Brooklyn from 1999 until 2017, Rich has a unique expertise of the local office and industrial markets. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was the Managing Director of CPEX’s Office Investment Sales and Leasing Team and had a successful 15-year career as a Line Producer for major television networks and production companies, including MTV, CBS, Spike TV and the History Channel, among others. Rich has a diverse skill set that allows him to provide in-depth services for landlords seeking tenants and for clients looking to acquire space, particularly in the creative and technology, advertising, media and information (TAMI) sectors.

Rich is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a licensed New York Real Estate Salesperson.
