Rick Brugge, Mike Davis, Rick Colon, Dominic Montazemi, Zachary Eicholtz and Brooke Tulley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, a joint venture between Brennan Investment Group and Grandview Partners, in the transaction. Nuveen Real Estate acquired the property.
