Construction Begins at LINK Logistics Center @ Depot Park in Sacramento, CA - brand new 477,020-SF Speculative Industrial Facility

SACRAMENTO, Calif., March 24, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield announced it is handling Project Leasing for Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) at a brand new freestanding 477,020-square-foot industrial/warehouse and distribution building in Sacramento, California, where Link has begun construction.

Situated on nearly 27 acres, the new Class A facility known as the LINK Logistics Center @ Depot Park is strategically located at 6101 Midway St. within the desired Depot Park.

Project Leasing is being handled by Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Cologna, SIOR, Bryce MacDonald, David Nicholson, John McManus, MCR, CCIM, and Tyson Vallenari, SIOR.

LINK Logistics Center will feature many desired modern design elements to serve today’s logistics and e-commerce companies, including a 36-foot clear height, 114 dock high doors, 8 grade level doors, ESFR Sprinklers, heavy power, skylights, and ample on-site parking options. Also unique to the property, the neighboring undeveloped parcel also owned by Link will offer the potential for an abundance of additional auto or trailer parking, able to accommodate more than 1600 autos or 572 trailers.

Accessibility is another significant benefit for the project that is able to reach up to 64 million people within a one-day drive, and another 21 million people within two days. The property is also strategically located within 30 minutes of the Sacramento International Airport, Mather Airport, and Sacramento McLellan Airport, and is approximately 20 minutes from the Port of Sacramento, 90 minutes from the Port of Oakland, and 60 minutes from the Port of Stockton.

David Nicholson added, “The center also offers a unique set of amenities that will provide state-of-the-art solutions for value-conscious tenants, including an on-site restaurant, as well as a fully secured industrial park location providing additional safety and security for tenants and helping to reduce any additional expense in managing separate security.”

Depot Park, which consists of a renovated Army Depot, offers a unique blend of dignified and completely renovated buildings, acre-sized open warehouses, attractive and flexible office interiors as well as expansive yard plus covered outside storage areas. The park offers other amenities including Day Care facility, conference center, restaurant, multiple fiber providers, and fully secure 24/7 guarded gates.
