LOS ANGELES, Calif., April 27, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Andrew Morrow has joined the firm as an Executive Managing Director in its Inland Empire office in the Greater Los Angeles/Orange County market.

At Cushman & Wakefield, Morrow, who brings more than 16 years of experience as a leading expert in warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, e-commerce, R&D, life science and technology, will specialize in industrial tenant representation. “Andrew has a unique and specialized skillset honed in on the increasingly sophisticated industrial occupier sector,” said Dan Broderick, Cushman & Wakefield’s President, West Region and leader of the firm’s national industrial practice. “Andrew is well recognized throughout one of the largest and hottest industrial markets in world as a respected professional with a strong work ethic who always puts clients first. He is a great cultural and professional fit to our strong Inland Empire industrial division, and we look forward to leveraging his skills and leadership to enhance our industrial practice in Southern California and the Western Region.”

Nick DiPaolo, Cushman & Wakefield’s Market Director of Brokerage in Los Angeles/Inland Empire, added, “Andrew brings an impeccable history of developing long-standing client relationships and executing winning strategies for complex real estate transactions and portfolios. The company has a deep roster of talent that I am also thrilled to be part of and work alongside, while also being equipped with a superior full service platform that will allow me to continue to elevate my client services.”

Morrow continued, “The industrial sector remains a vital role in the commercial real estate sector, and particularly through the tide of the pandemic, while the Inland Empire remains a global industrial leader and our LA Ports remain very busy. Looking ahead, I am optimistic this sector will continue to thrive.”

Morrow currently serves on the Board of Directors for Pretend City in Irvine, helping children develop foundational skillsets in learning, imagination, critical thinking, teamwork and problem solving in a fully interactive environment.
