C&W Services Appoints Jodi Swinburne as Chief Operating Officer

CHICAGO - Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) announced that Jodi Swinburne, current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Chief Operating Officer (COO), Asia Pacific (APAC) has been appointed COO of the firm’s facility services group, C&W Services, effective November 1, 2021.

As COO for C&W Services, Swinburne will be responsible for the management of operations teams made up of 13,000 facility services employees serving more than 600 clients, and will drive focus on safety, operational integrity and client relationships.

In her current role as CFO & COO, APAC, Swinburne is responsible for value protection and creation and partnering with the region’s executive team to develop and execute growth strategies. She is also focused on driving operational excellence in the facilities management and facilities services businesses in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Swinburne joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as CFO, APAC.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Swinburne was Head of Finance, Group Services at Westpac, where Cushman & Wakefield provides Facilities Management and Facilities Services. Before that, she served in a variety of finance leadership roles at Stockland.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to serve in a new leadership role within Cushman & Wakefield,” said Swinburne. “In my more than 20 years of experience in senior finance roles, I’ve worked for both real estate occupiers and owners. Because of this, I have an appreciation of the value C&W Services delivers and understand what’s important to clients across the value chain.”

Swinburne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Australian National University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant in Australia. She serves on the board of Northcott, one of the largest not-for-profit providers of disability services in Australia.
