The Partners Group Opening New First-Class Office Location at Southport in Renton, WA

RENTON, Wash., February 15, 2022 - Cushman & Wakefield announced the firm has represented The Partners Group (TPG), a Pacific Northwest-based consulting, insurance, and financial services company, in the lease of approximately 20,000 square feet of Class A office space for its new local office in Renton, Washington.

TPG’s office will be located at Southport, a brand new mixed-use development located at 1103 Lake Washington Blvd North that is  nestled on Lake Washington. The property is owned by Seco Development.

TPG plans to relocate and expand its existing office from nearby Bellevue to Renton on October 1. The company’s new waterfront space is situated on the 4th floor of Building 3, the first building entering the 730,000-sf office portion of the 17-acre development. TPG also has office locations in Portland (headquarters) and Bend, Oregon, and Boise, Idaho.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Trevor Youngren, Senior Director, represented the tenant in the transaction.
