Goldberg specializes in tenant representation, advising clients both locally and nationally on strategic planning and lease negotiations. For the previous 6 years, Goldberg worked at The Ezra Company and Avison Young, once acquired. Using his experience from previous careers, Goldberg sourced a 20+ location portfolio, which included a 235,000-square-foot headquarters requirement in Reston, Virginia during his first year working in the industry. Throughout the pandemic, Goldberg helped with outreach and virtual events for the D.C. Metro Chapter of his alma mater, James Madison University. “Having the ability to utilize Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform of services will give me the opportunity to expand my service offerings and better serve my clients,” said Goldberg.
Men joins Cushman & Wakefield after five years with Cresa, where he specialized in tenant representation across the Washington, D.C. region. Men has represented a range of corporate, non-profit, association and foreign government agency space users both locally and nationally. He is a board member of OCA-DC Asian Pacific American Advocates and the Co-Chair of the Washington D.C. Chapter of the oldest Chinese American fraternal organization in the United States. Additionally, he is a member of the Community Outreach Committee for Cushman & Wakefield’s employee resource group ASPIRE: Asians and Pacific Islanders in Real Estate, and a wish granting volunteer with Make a Wish Foundation. He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Maryland and speaks fluent Mandarin. “Cushman & Wakefield has a great reputation as one of the leaders of our industry and provides an inclusive culture that I am grateful to be a part of.
