Cushman & Wakefield Facilitates $7.8 Million Sale of Columbia Medical Center in Florham Park

Florham Park, NJ – May 28, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of Columbia Medical Center, a 19,620-square-foot medical office building located at 128 Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park. The final sale price was $7,800,000. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, André Balthazard and Dan Bottiglieri represented the seller/developer of the building, The Silverman Group, and procured the buyer, Adoni Property Group, in the transaction.

Columbia Medical Center is a Class A medical office building totaling 19,620 square feet on a 2.37-acre site with direct frontage on Columbia Turnpike. The building is 100% leased to four tenants, including Kiddie Academy, Atlantic Health, The Center for Dermatology and Zeifman Orthodontics.
