Edwards, CO – July 22, 2025 – – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of Edwards Corner, a 48,351-square-foot mixed-use neighborhood center located at 56 Edwards Village Blvd in the heart of Vail Valley, Colorado.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jon Hendrickson and Aaron Johnson represented the seller, Edwards Corner, LLC, in the transaction. The property was acquired by Gart Properties.
"The sale of Edwards Corner magnified the irreplaceability of quality retail-driven properties," said Hendrickson. "Replacement and development costs are a significant topic in all markets, but the mountain and resort communities to an even larger extent. The seasonality has lessened, and the mountain consumer is extremely strong."
