Owens and Brewer, both Managing Directors, are joined by Riley Maxwell and Clayton Johnson, Senior Directors, and Jack Brewer and Sam Nelson, Senior Associates.
“Cushman & Wakefield’s platform, locally and nationally, is second to none,” said Owens. “We look forward to leveraging the firm’s resources and leadership to provide exceptional client service to our investor and occupier clients. We’re well poised to build market share across Dallas-Fort Worth, one of the top logistics and manufacturing markets in the Americas.”
Added John Brewer, “It’s an ideal time and opportunity to join Cushman & Wakefield’s DFW industrial team. The Company’s commitment to its Texas industrial practices and a market with positive net absorption and leasing volumes through mid-year set the stage for a strong 2025 and beyond in our region.”
The new team compliments Cushman & Wakefield’s exceptional industrial tenant representation and investment sales platform in both Dallas-Fort Worth and in Texas. Since 2021, the Owens-Brewer team has closed industrial transactions on more than 12 million square feet.
“In Dallas-Fort Worth and across Texas, we continue to grow our presence and strengthen our core advisory business,” said Chris Hipps, Cushman & Wakefield Executive Regional Director, Texas. “John and Brett’s team are key to this effort. Beyond their impressive track record, what truly sets this team apart is their alignment with our culture and values,” Hipps continued. “Throughout their careers, they have consistently demonstrated the Better never settles ethos that defines our brand.”
