Cushman & Wakefield’s Tripp Hardin, SIOR, Mike Hanrahan and Jack Gentile are representing the regional hospital system in the disposition of its Des Peres Hospital campus.
Located at the northwest quadrant of Interstate 270 and Dougherty Ferry Road, with access to Dougherty Ferry Road and Des Peres Road, the 47.4-acre site includes a 228,889-square-foot, 142-bed hospital.
St. Luke’s announced plans to close the hospital August 1. This closure will not impact St. Luke’s hospital in Chesterfield or its 30+ outpatient locations across the region. The site is zoned for residential usage, but future healthcare-related uses are also potentially allowable under a conditional use permit.
“St. Luke’s Des Peres campus is a unique, high-value location with an extremely strong surrounding-demographic profile,” said Hardin, Cushman & Wakefield Executive Director. “It is a prime opportunity for high-end residential redevelopment, or a continuation of healthcare services.
