Cushman & Wakefield Arranges 94,170-SF Lease for Advantest at 3055 Orchard Drive

San Jose, CA – August 5, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged a new long-term lease for Advantest at 3055 Orchard Drive, a Class A R&D facility located in the heart of San Jose's Golden Triangle. Advantest, a leading provider of advanced semiconductor test solutions, will occupy the entire property for a total of 94,170 square feet with a mix of dynamic office, lab and warehouse space.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Cushman and Chris D'Ambrosia represented the tenant, Advantest, in the transaction. Newmark’s Joe Kelly represented the landlord, Intercontinental Real Estate Corp.
