Cushman & Wakefield Facilitates $5.5 Million Sale of KAKTUSlife Retail Strip Center in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV – October 1, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of KAKTUSlife Retail, an upscale, unanchored retail strip center located at 10620-10680 Dean Martin Drive in Las Vegas, NV. The final sale price was $5,500,000. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Marlene Fujita Winkel and Emily Brun represented the seller, Cactus Villas, LLC, in the transaction. The property was acquired by MTP INV LLC, a local investor.

The property, which was 89% occupied at the time of sale, sits on a 2.37-acre parcel, offering a triple-net (NNN) lease structure with minimal landlord responsibilities.
