Mitash Kripalani, CCIM, and Virgilio Fernandez, CCIM, Join Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Institutional Multifamily Advisory Team

Managing Directors Kripalani and Fernandez will focus on institutional-quality investment sales and multifamily land transactions in South Florida

MIAMI, October 22, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Mitash Kripalani, CCIM, and Virgilio Fernandez, CCIM, have joined the firm as Managing Directors based in Miami.

Kripalani and Fernandez expand Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida multifamily advisory services team and the firm’s broader statewide efforts. The team will focus on investment sales across multifamily, land and mixed-use assets, leveraging Cushman & Wakefield’s comprehensive platform to deliver best-in-class advisory services for private and institutional investors alike.

Fernandez and Kripalani are recognized as two of Miami’s most active and respected multifamily brokers. Their blend of strategic insight, market intelligence and executional precision has earned them a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results across South Florida’s competitive real estate landscape.

Other recent additions include Roberto Pesant, Executive Managing Director in Miami; Joey Blakley, who specializes in Central Florida and build-to-rent multifamily properties; Greg Rainey, who leads North Florida multifamily investment sales advisory; and Jordan Wean, who specializes in multifamily land investment advisory.

Each has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and Kripalani currently serves as the Chapter President of the Miami Dade/Monroe District Board of Directors for the organization. Additionally, Kripalani is a graduate of Leadership Miami.
