INDIANAPOLIS, October 28, 2025 – Indianapolis-based Strategic Capital Partners, LLC (SCP) announced today it has broken ground on Building 7 at 65Commerce Park, marking the final facility in the nearly 200-acre, 8-building industrial master-planned complex in Whitestown, Ind., a northwest suburb of Indianapolis. The entire development encompasses 3.148 million square feet of leasable space. Building 7 is set to offer 286,344 square feet of speculative space upon its expected delivery by Q2 of 2026.
Cushman & Wakefield's Patrick Lindley, SIOR, Vice Chair, is spearheading the agency leasing efforts for Building 7 on behalf of SCP.
Located on 16.94 acres at 5561 E. 500 S. in Whitestown, the property features specifications tailored for modern logistics, including 32-foot clear height ceilings, 28 dock doors (with 40 knockout doors), and 4 drive-in doors. The facility will also feature 3,200-amp electrical service, an ESFR sprinkler system, Linear LED high bay interior lighting, and exterior parking for 292 vehicles and 37 trailer storage ports.

The development team is rounded out by key partners including Compass Commercial Construction Group as contractor, JRA Architecture as lead architect, Kimley-Horn as engineer, and Design & Construction Insight, LLC acting as the owner's construction representative.
Construction of the 8-building campus began in phases in 2020, with individual properties delivering at regular intervals over the past six years. Strategically situated on the I-65 corridor, 65Commerce Park is located approximately 20-minutes from downtown Indianapolis and less than 30-miles from Indianapolis International Airport, home of the second largest FedEx hub in the world.
