Phillips brings more than 17 years of experience advising occupiers on complex lease negotiations and strategic portfolio decisions, representing over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions nationwide.

Phillips joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE in Los Angeles, where he spent more than six years, following an 11-year tenure with Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles. He has represented a diverse portfolio of office clients across industries including finance, technology, law, entertainment, and government. A graduate of Ohio University, Phillips holds dual degrees in Finance and Marketing.
