Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $5.4 Million Sale of Newly Constructed Postino WineCafe in Westminster

Postino-news.jpg Westminster, CO – January 7, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged the sale of a newly constructed single-tenant retail property located at 14588 Delaware St. in Westminster. The 4,354-square-foot property is fully leased to Postino WineCafe under an absolute NNN lease. The final sale price was $5,416,650.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Chris Hollenbeck, Shane Carter and Mitch Veremeychik represented the seller in the transaction.
