Industry veterans bring proven track-record of maximizing client valuation and sales volume across the multifamily sector
MINNEAPOLIS, March 2, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, announced today the addition of Chris Collins and Evan Miller to its Minneapolis multifamily investment sales platform as Senior Directors. Collins and Miller will join forces with existing team members Lance Steiger and Erin Salway, further strengthening the firm’s multifamily investment sales capabilities across the Twin Cities and Upper Midwest.
Collins and Miller come to Cushman & Wakefield from Marcus & Millichap, where they both spent the past 13 years specializing in multifamily. Together, they collaborated on more than 200 property sales across five states and nearly 80 cities.
“Chris and Evan are terrific additions, and what makes this especially exciting is how naturally they complement the strong foundation Lance and Erin have already built here,” said Anders Pesavento, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield in Minneapolis. “Our Minneapolis team is already executing at a high level for owners and investors, and this combined group allows us to go even deeper with our institutional relationships, expand our advisory reach, and deliver the same disciplined execution on an even broader range of assignments. We’re building on momentum and pushing further into the market with a unified, client first team.”
At Marcus & Millichap, Collins most recently served as Senior Director Investments. Over his career, Collins has been recognized for his thorough understanding of market conditions, capital markets and economic trends affecting the multifamily sector. He has cultivated successful long-term business relationships by fulfilling client needs through extensive research, negotiation, advisory services and brokerage representation. Collins graduated from Winona State University with a degree in Finance.
In his prior role as Senior Director Investments with Marcus & Millichap, Miller focused on supporting private capital clients by providing expertise and market knowledge to help improve asset valuation and maximize sale proceeds. He covered markets throughout Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and western Wisconsin. Miller holds a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in property management from University of Wisconsin-Stout.
