DALLAS, May 29, 2026 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Kathrine Gillis has joined the firm as Director of Brokerage for Dallas-Fort Worth.
Gillis will play a key leadership role for Cushman & Wakefield in North Texas with a focus on enabling brokers and brokerage teams to perform at peak level while advancing the firm’s business objectives, culture and talent strategies. Her efforts will drive performance, support professional development and ensure that Cushman & Wakefield’s brokers in Dallas-Fort Worth are equipped to fully leverage the firm’s best-in-class platform and thought leadership in order to optimize client services and build market share.

Gillis joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where she most recently led retail advisory for Texas, and, prior, served as Sales Management Director for North Texas. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
