Cushman & Wakefield has secured two honours at the 2026 Dexus Excellence in Agency Awards, recognising the strength of its industrial agency platform and the results delivered for clients across the sector.

The annual awards recognise excellence, foster connection and celebrate the collaboration between Dexus and its agency partners, highlighting outstanding property and leasing transactions delivered across Dexus’s office and industrial portfolios during FY26.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Parramatta team was named Industrial Agency of the Year, recognising the team’s performance, market expertise and contribution across Dexus’s industrial portfolio.

The firm also took out Industrial Leasing Transaction of the Year, awarded to Carl Pearce, Myles Fredericksen, Owen Byles and David Hall, adding a transaction-level honour to the broader agency recognition.

Cushman & Wakefield National Head of CRE, David Hall, said securing both awards was a strong endorsement of the depth and capability of the firm’s industrial team.
“To be recognised with both Industrial Agency of the Year and Industrial Leasing Transaction of the Year is a fantastic result and speaks to the strength of the team we have built at Cushman & Wakefield.

“Our industrial business brings together deep local market knowledge, strong occupier relationships and a highly collaborative approach across our agency network. Carl, Myles and the Parramatta team consistently demonstrate those strengths and continue to deliver strong outcomes for Dexus and our clients more broadly.

“These awards are ultimately a reflection of the quality of our people. We have an experienced and connected team that works together across transactions, markets and geographies, and it’s great to see that collective effort recognised.”

The dual wins come amid continued activity across Australia’s industrial and logistics sector, with occupiers maintaining a strong focus on well-located, functional assets with access to major population centres, infrastructure and transport networks.

Cushman & Wakefield was also recognised among the finalists in the Property Transaction of the Year category, with three nominations spanning major transactions across Melbourne, Perth and Sydney and highlighting the breadth of the firm’s Capital Markets and Logistics & Industrial capabilities nationally.
