About

Daciana Hagea is Head of Design & Build at Cushman & Wakefield Belgium. Daciana holds a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Master of Engineering and Architecture of the Polytechnical School of UCLouvain.

Daciana Hagea spent her early career in New York, most notably with Yoo, the real estate & design branding company of John Hitchcox and Philippe Starck. On returning to Belgium, she joined leading architecture firm B2AI as Senior Project Architect and contributed to the construction of flagship real estate projects in Brussels such as The One Tower with the developer Atenor, Brucity, the Administrative Centre of the City of Brussels with AGRE and the Renovation of the historic building located on Rue Royale hosting the new home of BNP Paribas Fortis’ Wealth Management Department. 

She specialises in building consultancy, refurbishment for interior office premises and hotels.

Daciana oversees the operational and financial performances of C&W Design & Build’s activities andProject & Development Services covering Belgium and Luxembourg. She is charting a new course towards sustainability and reorganizing its strategy and consolidates this vision.

Based in Brussels, she leads a multidisciplinary team and oversees projects from the schematic design phase through to completion.
