Valuation & Advisory's Hospitality & Gaming Practice Group is pleased to share our latest Canadian Lodging Industry Overview. With 2020 now behind us, the hospitality industry can look towards recovery in the sector. The experiences of this past year will impact the industry going forward for many years from an operating and investment perspective. While recovery timelines may vary, we do expect all regions and asset types to begin seeing a recovery starting in Q3. Since hospitality performance tracks economic performance, we can look forward to strong growth over the next 2-3 years.
