As the Tri State Suburban Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s U.S. Research Services Group, Mr. Price has direct responsibility for the research platform in New Jersey, Long Island, and Westchester/Stamford. Jason is responsible for overseeing, executing and delivering market research and analytics to clients of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tri State Suburban Region’s Brokerage, Corporate Occupier and Investor Services, Capital Markets and Valuation and Advisory teams. He directly oversees the New Jersey platform, one of the largest suburban markets in the country, and is responsible for analyzing and reporting on the market trends affecting almost 800 million square feet of office and industrial property.
Jason has an extensive and impressive career in commercial real estate. Prior to his current position at Cushman & Wakefield, Jason helped develop the New Jersey office and industrial research platform for Jones Lang LaSalle as well as track and analyze trends across the market. Jason also developed the Long Island office research platform for the company’s Long Island office. He was solely responsible for the composition of monthly and quarterly reports and presentations reflecting commercial office trends in New Jersey and Long Island, highlighting economic indicators, landlord and tenant behavior, vacancy and rental forecasts.
Prior to that, Jason started his real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield. For more than six years in the Manhattan office, he provided the Manhattan overview for C&W’s MarketBeat Series, recipient of the APEX & BMA awards for excellence in business publications. Mr Price also directly supported the New York Managing Director of Research and helped prepare presentations and collateral for internal and external client and business development meetings while actively tracking and analyzing the NYC office market.
Mr. Price holds a BS in Business Administration from the College of Staten Island (CUNY) and minors in both Marketing and Psychology.
